Un Soir à l’Opéra’s The Magic Flute Scented Candle is inspired by one of Mozart’s most famous operas. The original manuscript notes that the opera’s titular flute is made of sacred cedarwood. We can imagine the flute’s woody, slightly citrusy scent that soothed nerves and balanced emotions. When King Sarastro plays the magical instrument animals become tame and all who hear its balsamic melody are moved. This resonantly fragranced candle combines sandalwood, tonka bean, ambergris and white musk for a deep, harmonious scent. Un Soir à l’Opéra’s The Magic Flute is complex yet soft, with woody tones akin to the alluring sound of the mythical instrument itself.

The Paris based Un Soir à l’Opéra brand follows the traditions of classic French chandlery with handmade scented candles that strike an ideal balance between exclusive perfume, natural candle wax and quality cotton wick. The essential perfume oils used in the scented candle have been developed by Grasse based artisan perfumer, Emmanuel Philip. The deep and balanced tones of the scented candle are recommended for those who want to fill the atmosphere of their home with reverberant harmony.

Allow the scented candle to burn for the first time until its upper surface is completely melted. For subsequent use, light your Magic Flute fragranced candle for 1-2 hours to achieve optimum scent dispersal. The burning time of the candle is about 45 hours.
