Description
Sammarco Vitrum Extrait de Parfum is a smoky vetiver scent exploring the earthy aspects of niche perfumery. Vitrum was commissioned by a friend of perfumer Giovanni Sammarco with the briefing to create a deep and resonant fragrance based on the beauty of natural vetiver. The aromatically intense result was so good he had to share it with the world. Vitrum’s raw, earthy clarity shows a real dedication to perfumery’s most beloved grass note. The vetiver used here is an incredibly deep vetiver from java. Its smooth smokiness is ensured by slow distillation under low pressure for a clean and distinctively aromatic oil. A hint of precious oakmoss heightens the texture and intensity of the aroma and brings out a fragrant medicinal facet in this wood and earth composition.
Sammarco Vitrum Extrait de Parfum is the ideal fragrance for lovers of smoky, earthy, spicy scents. Shining through all the smoke, oakmoss and raw vetiver oil, a sophisticated pastel-hued rose absolute adds a touch of softness, while black pepper and incense enliven the scent with a hit of natural vitality.
