Description

Renier Perfumes De Licious Extrait de Parfum is a sweet and woody chocolate confection celebrating the luxury goodies found in the Grand Bazaar. Sumptuous chocolate orange cloaks the perfume’s opening and is contrasted by an oriental twist of yuzu and anise – a juxtaposition of ingredients that captures a sense of abundance and plenty. The elaborate array of precious goods is enriched by notes of honey sweets and dried fruits, adding deep, mellow sweetness and a richness of texture.

Despite its name, De Licious is not only a beautiful ode to the Turkish delights on offer. It is a darker, dreamier fragrance that conveys the atmosphere and emotions of a place. Rich and sticky labdanum captures something of the romantic gloom of centuries old passages while patchouli reflects the earthiness of ancient stone and earth.

Amber, musk and woods in the base channel the timeless quality of the goods that have always been traded by merchants: kilim carpets, incense, spices, pottery and precious jewels.
