Description
Rania J Cuir Andalou Eau de Parfum is a mysterious leather fragrance glowing with smoky heat and dry spices. This niche fragrance is a sensual journey through the magic of Andalusian art, architecture and music and features some luxurious ingredients inspired by the region’s rich history. The opening is dry and dusty with a dark, clean leather note made even softer by a delicate floral bouquet of violet and iris. The earthy and bitter-sweet scent of saffron hints at the exotic mystique of Southern Spain.
Unlike the old adage, ‘there is no smoke without fire’, it would appear that Rania J’s Cuir Andalou boasts wafts of seductive smoke with only the smoothest glow of embers underneath. This is not a fragrance ablaze with tar, char and showy synthetics, but rather one which gently smoulders on the skin with self assured refinement.
At its base, Rania J Cuir Andalou delicately tapers off into a smooth and dark skin scent. The pairing of oud and castoreum creates a leather accord which almost becomes one with the skin. Worn like a trusty leather jacket, a smoky balm in cold times or an olfactive memento from a Spanish sojourn – this scent proudly showcases the dark side of Mediterranean elegance.
