Parfum D’Empire Yuzu Fou (Eau de Parfum) is a crisp, fresh fragrance of Japanese yuzu, complemented by a cocktail of concentrated citrus fruits. The effervescent mix of kumquat, sweet orange and bitter orange is crowned with ice-cold mint.

Parfum D’Empire Yuzu Fou is a green, zesty spritz inspired by modern Japan, where nature blends with city life. Contemporary and effervescent, Yuzu Fou is a plunge into the heart of avant-garde, hyper-urban Japan, where nature meets high-tech, and where glass and steel coexist with green living walls and hanging gardens.

Parfum D’Empire Yuzu Fou opens with natural citrus extracts concentrated using state-of-the-art technology. The crisp aroma of yuzu is the olfactive identity of the archipelago: from medicinal to gastronomic, the unique, intensely tart flavour of this vitamin C-rich fruit is ubiquitous in Japan. The kumquat from the “Japanese lemon tree” adds a slight bitterness to the composition, which is enhanced by the bitter orange, a fruit of purity and wisdom.

Mint provides refreshing waves, while verbena absolute enhances the metallic aspect of the fragrance’s coolness. In the land of the rising sun, where verbena grows wild, it is said to relieve stress and is a favourite remedy for overstimulated city dwellers.

Parfum D’Empire Yuzu Fou is an invitation to meditation, calm and purification. It echoes the scent of contemporary Japanese spas, where ancient rituals are still respected. The streamlined tub is made from cedar wood, considered in Japan to be a symbol of strength and determination.
