Tea, just like nature, has a spontaneous beauty that makes people fall in love with it. As many tea lovers say: there is a mystery in tea. Taiwan’s most famous Dongding oolong tea is usually stirred after withering, a delicate process that both promotes fermentation and stops fermentation, the success or failure of which depends on the experience of the tea master and the right conditions.
