Description
Mendittorosa Lacura Eau de Parfum is a silky soft floral niche perfume with creamy citrusses and comforting gourmand notes. This sumptuously feminine scent opens with an intricate arrangement of neroli, orange blossom and petitgrain. The natural sweetness of bright florals compliments the citrus refreshment and prepares the palate for the fragrance’s gourmand heart. Voluptuous ylang ylang displays its vanilla rich facets. Like peaches and cream captured in scent, the aroma is voluptuous, velvety and soft. The musky lavender undertones of veloutone create a perfumed embrace on the skin. The drydown turns deep and balmy as buttery caramel and coconut notes reveal themselves. Light touches of vanilla and benzoin caress the skin, bringing coziness and much needed comfort. Lacura is an invitation to luxuriate in life’s little pleasures.
Mendittorosa Lacura Eau de Parfum is inspired by Franco Battiato’s song, ‘La Cura’, about a woman who is a beautiful white flower. Lacura is part of the ‘Time without Time’ collection, within the ‘Odori d’Anima’ series. The three ‘Time without Time’ scents also include Archetipo and Rituale. The distinctive design of the collection features unique twisted caps designed to represent order from chaos, tangles of protection, knots and roots, loops of time without time. Individually hand-made by Italian artist Mauro Carrazza. Mendittorosa bottles come in handmade wooden boxes, which are miniature editions of those used by Tuscan artist Alessandro Reggioli, to transport his works. The unique boxes are hand-stamped, wrapped in twine and held together with a metal tag.
