Gallivant Buenos Aires (Eau de Parfum) is a soft, delicately nutty and woody perfume built around tonka bean and dulce de leche, with the alluring beauty of Argentina. It is very easy to wear, thanks to the sophisticated way in which the multi-coloured Latin drama of the perfume is played out.

Gallivant Buenos Aires opens with citrus freshness. Bergamot comes through particularly strong: lively, zesty, almost tart. This is supported by a quieter petitgrain, giving the opening of the perfume a dry tone. There’s an embracing warmth to the fragrance, like when a hot, dusty, citrus-lined street in Buenos Aires is bathed in sunshine all day long. A fresh, novel grape accord refreshes the zesty citrus and invites you into the heart of the perfume with the scent of an extravagant and uniquely Argentine flower – ceibo. It is paired with another iconic local fragrance, the grassy, hay-like, smoky yerba maté.

The base of Gallivant Buenos Aires is a rich tonka bean, which imbues the whole perfume with its creaminess. Its gently woody, spicy and nutty scent is versatile, further indulging with the delicate touch of sweet caramel cream (dulce de leche) and suede. A dynamic, sensual yet easy to wear fragrance. Buenos Aires as a perfume is as romantic and adventurous as the Argentine capital itself.
