Day Three Fragrances Baní Eau de Parfum is a tropical perfume with a twist featuring subtle notes of papaya floating in squeaky clean saltwater and skin-like musks. Unlike other tropical fragrances, Baní’s juicy fruit notes here are not front and centre. Instead they are set within a wider landscape of sea, salty breeze and sugarcane – an oceanside paradise where the sun always shines.

Crisp, green mango leaf in the opening makes Day Three Fragrances Baní thirst quenchingly fresh. Baní is not at all a fruit smoothie. It is rather a crystal clear olfactive cocktail of sweet coconut water flavoured by an ethereal blend of mango and papaya. An exotic fruit perfume even for those who don’t normally like fruity perfumes.

Notes of jasmine and magnolia in the heart add an elegant touch and bolster the creaminess in the coconut opening. The base reveals beautifully pulsating white musks that channel the balmy effect of sunkissed skin, slicked in sun lotion and seawater and dripping in decadent Caribbean fruits. Named after the Dominican beach town famous for producing the sweetest mangoes in the world, Baní is a distillation of a way of life. Wear it and you will be transported to a place you never knew you’ve missed this much.

Heart notes: coconut, papaya, magnolia, jasmine
Base notes: sugarcane, white musk
