Description
Anatole Lebreton Bois Lumière Eau de Parfum is a honey sweet floral balsamic perfume inspired by the dazzling sunlit landscapes of Provence. Like vitamin D captured in floral form, the sweet herbal aroma of immortelle in the opening is the ultimate olfactory mood enhancer. Containing 10% immortelle perfume absolute, Bois Lumière abounds in one of the most precious and durable materials available to the perfumer’s palette – ensuring the skin is ablaze with golden sunlight for hours.
Skin and body are important aspects to Anatole Lebreton Bois Lumière. Alongside immortelles’ shimmering treacle richness, the liquid gold notes of honey seem to glisten like tanned skin. The presence of beeswax seems to cross-pollinate between our own skin and the natural world around us by bridging the erotic heat of our body with a broader landscape of Mediterranean botanics. Bois Lumière is subtly steeped in herbal clary sage and the uniquely floral facets of Corsican Juniper.
Bois Lumière’s drydown takes us to a languid Provencal woodland steaming in the summer sun. With squinting eyes, the honey sunshine drips away revealing an aromatic base of woods and balsams. Cedar, fir balsam and benzoin create the delicate roasted aroma of a pine forest at dusk. Delicate musks and a mystery heliotrope note recreate nutty and vanilla undertones – like a luscious aftersun lotion leaving us hungry for more.
L’Eau Scandaleuse is vegan. No animalic raw materials are used
