Miguel Matos Euphoric Patchouly (Extrait de Parfum) is a fragrant nod to New York in the 70s. Miguel Matos was born in 1977, just as the famous Studio 54 was opening its doors with cutting-edge disco music on the dance floor and a huge buzz outside the club. Inside, the heated atmosphere and the smoke machine with its psychedelic lights created a dreamlike atmosphere. Glitter was everywhere and everyone was mesmerised by the constant spinning of disco ball. Magical sensual creatures stepped onto the dance floor, their bodies merging with the other dancing bodies in an abundance of pleasure, hedonism and intoxication.

Miguel Matos Euphoric Patchouly opens with the freshness of bergamot and a stunningly realistic hazelnut accord. Patchouli and tobacco smoke fill the thick air. A goosebumps sensation runs through everyone. The dancing bodies start to sweat, mixing and sharing the feeling as the disco continues to spin in an orgasmic rhythm. The mood goes higher, and higher, and even higher. As the dance floor goes crazy to the music, it explodes in a collective euphoria.
