Description

Parfum D’Empire Eau Suave (Eau de Parfum) is a fruity rose chypre perfume inspired by a historic rose garden. Eau Suave is like a charmingly piquant rose cocktail. This modern fragrance reveals the little-known aspects of the most iconic flower, the rose. Rich and sumptuous, Eau Suave pulses with spicy, fruity notes of rose and the strikingly fresh notes of tea rose, layered with musk and patchouli.

Marc-Antoine Corticchiato, the founder and perfumer of Parfum D’Empire, drew the inspiration for Eau Suave from a visit to the Château de la Malmaison. Oe of the famous owners of the château, Empress Josephine, was a keen amateur botanist and grew a remarkable collection of roses in her greenhouses, including three varieties developed especially for her: the Rose Joséphine, the Rose Pourpre and the Rose de Vénus.

Perfume D’Empire Eau Suave is a tribute to this wonderful collection of roses, which sadly no longer exists, and to the most iconic flower in perfumery, the rose, a symbol of femininity.

Eau Suave is a modern yet timeless fragrance that explores unique aspects of the rose. Fruity roses flirt with surprising accents of peach, raspberry and apricot. Sensual notes of spicy rose entice with coriander, saffron and pepper notes. And notes of tea rose add lightness to this infinitely feminine perfume. The velvety rose petals rest on a chypre base: oakmoss and patchouli for woody depth, Bourbon vanilla for an exotic touch and soft white musk for caressing.
