Astrophil & Stella Into The Oud opens with a spicy pepper blended with the citrusy freshness of orange, drenched in the sweetly intoxicating fragrance of rum. From the heart of the perfume, saffron almost immediately demands attention to embrace the exotically sweet scent of davana and indulge in the fun sweetness of toffee.
You can tell there’s a great perfumer behind Into The Oud: Bertrand Duchaufour masterfully blends the heart notes into the underlying natural oud. The end result is perhaps a more masculine unsex perfume that will get many compliments from its wearer.
