Lorenzo Pazzaglia Carbonara Extrait de Parfum is a sweet, toffee amber – a deeply indulgent fragrance confected from fantasy. Perfumer Lorenzo Pazzaglia is famed for his restaurant specialising in his massively rich carbonaras served up on heaped platters. In Carbonara Extrait de Parfum he has translated the decadent pleasure of overdosing on cream and butter into sweet-treat form.

There are notes of classic, old-school sweets with the mouthwatering texture of chewy butterscotch marbled with oozing, sticky fruit juice. The playful twist comes from the fact that he takes confectionery tradition and melts it in one big pot with coconut and davana to create an exotic, modern day caramel. High doses of vanilla and sugarcane make Carbonara perfect for those who want to say with confidence, ‘I want to smell good enough to eat’!

In Lorenzo Pazzaglia Carbonara Extrait de Parfum, as with all well made delicacies, the sweet-toothed excess is given balancing contrast. Here the caramel goo is backed up with well-rounded oud and an oriental spice blend, resulting in a base that reverberates as a very special gourmand amber. This is a recipe to amaze with!

Heart notes: malabar pepper, jasmine, davana, rum
